The holiday season can only mean one thing, fun family holiday games! There’s nothing like family trivia or charades to spice up the living room. Whether your family is laid back or super competitive, you’ll have to set aside a Saturday night (or two) for a holiday game night. Change up your holiday traditions or make a current tradition even more fun this year. Don’t miss these great holiday games!
Whenever you see a stick shaped like a “V” the first thing that comes to my mind isn’t to make a holiday game out of it. Well, now you can make that perfect “V”- shaped stick into the cutest game for kids. It’s an easy DIY holiday game that will get everyone involved. All you’ll need besides the 2 sticks is, a brown box (which won’t be hard to find in the season of giving), and rings to toss. Here’s all you’ll need to get reindeer toss and other reindeer themed goodies ready for the holidays!
Ornament On A Spoon
Naughty or nice, everyone loves a good party game! If there’s a couple of Grinch at your holiday party this is a great way to break the ice and encourage people to become a team and mingle. Here’s how it works… split into teams, then setup a relay course (don’t be afraid to get creative ). You’ll then have the first person put an ornament on their spoon, go around the course, then come back to the next person. If you drop the ornament in the process, that person needs to go around the course again. Ornaments on a spoon is fun for everyone and is guaranteed for a good laugh! Can’t Go Wrong With A Classic Board Game
When you think of board games I’m sure Monopoly, the Game of Life and Pictionary are the first few that come to mind. Those games will never get old, but if you start playing Monopoly on Christmas this year, you’ll still be playing on New Years Day. Today’s board games are so diverse and are great for small families or large groups at a party. Check out the top board games from 2017 and bring a few to your next holiday gathering!
