It’s the first weekend of the month which means it’s time to take a look at what’s happening in real estate. It’s still a fast paced market with homes moving quickly. Sellers are getting the best prices right now! Here are some of the Pittsford housing market stats for the last 30 days:
105 homes were listed with an average list price of 415K, which is slightly less from last month.
Of homes listed since July 1st, 62 homes were listed as “under contract”. Median sale price was 360k, and on average were on the market 13 days. Considering that a home is not marked “pending” until the home inspection takes place and the attorneys approve, the actual days on the market is much less. I can help you be ready!
Within the past month, 35 homes were recorded as sold (more than last month) with an average sale price of 285k. 98% of homes on average have received their asking price- which is still phenomenal. So close to 100%! Of course some homes went for over asking and some went a little under asking price but for the most part people received their price and so will you!
